聚吡咯/膨胀石墨复合材料的电磁屏蔽性能研究 被引量:4

Electromagnetic shielding properties of polypyrrole/expanded graphite composites

摘要 为研究聚吡咯(PPy)和膨胀石墨(EG)混合后的电磁屏蔽性能,利用原位插层聚合法制备PPy/EG二元复合材料。通过FTIR、TGA和SEM分析对制备的二元复合材料物相组成、热稳定性和微观形貌进行了表征,利用同轴法测试材料的电磁屏蔽性能。测试结果表明,当膨胀石墨掺杂量为5.12wt%时,总屏蔽效能在2~18GHz范围内由20.3dB增至25.7dB,比纯PPy材料的屏蔽效能提高了41.6%,其中吸收部分占总屏蔽效能的比例为64.3%~86.5%,这表明聚吡咯/膨胀石墨复合材料的电磁屏蔽性质是以吸收电磁波为主。
