摘要
目前,中国的项目管理模式的方法具有多样性、科学发展、高效、一体化等特点。与传统的设计施工总承包模式相比,EPC模式明显加快了新项目的实施速度,大大提高了工程质量,已成为项目建设管理的主流发展模式。文章结合工作中的具体工程项目实例,分析勘察设计企业在EPC模式下的关于市政基础设施工程的造价估算指标分析,对于简化可研投资估算的编制工作具有一定的参考意义。
At present,the methods of project management mode in China are characterized by diversity,scientific development,high efficiency and integration.Compared with the traditional design and construction general contracting mode,EPC mode has obviously accelerated the implementation of new projects,greatly improved the quality of the project,and has become the mainstream development mode of project construction management.This paper analyzes the cost estimation index analysis of the municipal infrastructure project of the survey and design enterprises under the EPC mode,which has certain reference significance for simplifying the preparation of feasibility stud y investment estimation.
