摘要
目的:介绍李岩教授从气血论治卵巢囊肿的经验。方法:从气血理论着手,结合西医的病因病理,并通过典型病例,分析卵巢囊肿的中医病因病机及治疗原则。结果:提出卵巢囊肿本在脏虚,气血不足,标在血瘀的病机,治疗上强调行气活血,扶正祛瘀。结论:从气血论治卵巢囊肿可使扶正不留瘀,祛瘀不伤正,得到标本兼治的效果,并在妇产科临床上收到良好的疗效。
Objective:To introduce experience of professor Li Yan in treating ovarian cysts from Qixue(气血).Methods:Based on the Qixue theory,the etiology and pathology of Western medicine were combined.TCM etiology and pathogenesis,and treatment principles of ovarian cysts were analyzed through typical cases.Results:The fundamental pathogenesis of ovarian cysts was suggested to be empty of Zangxu(脏虚),and Qixue Buzu(气血不足),Biaozai Xueyu(标在血瘀).Conclusion:Treating ovarian cysts from Qixue shows good results in clinic,both the symptoms and root cause were treated.
