穴位埋线、悬吊训练结合常规康复训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿平衡能力及精细运动功能的影响 被引量:13

Effects of acupoint catgut embedment and sling exercise combined with routine rehabilitation training on balance capacity and fine motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy

摘要 目的观察穴位埋线、悬吊训练结合常规康复训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿平衡能力及精细运动功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2018年6月柳州市妇幼保健院儿童康复科收治的痉挛型脑瘫患儿51例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(25例)和治疗组(26例)。对照组给予常规康复训练,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上配合穴位埋线和悬吊训练。2组均每日1次,每周训练5次,治疗4个月后比较治疗前后的平衡能力、精细运动功能和临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为92.31%,显著高于对照组的68.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组伯格氏(Berg)平衡量表评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组Berg平衡量表评分均高于同组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组精细运动功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组精细运动功能评分均高于同组治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线、悬吊训练结合常规康复训练能够有效改善痉挛型脑瘫患儿的平衡能力及精细运动功能,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。 Objective To observe the effects of acupoint catgut embedment and sling exercise combined with routine rehabilitation training on balance capacity and fine motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods Fifty-one cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to children rehabilitation department of Liuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were chosen and divided into control group with 25 cases and treatment group with 26 cases according to random number table method.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training, on this basis,the treatment group was cooperated with acupoint catgut embedment and sling exercise.Both groups trained once a day and 5 times a week.After treatment for 4 months,the balance capacity and fine motor function before and after treatment and clinical efficacy of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than 68.00% of the control group,and the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in Berg Balance Scale(BBS) scores between the 2 groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the BBS scores of the 2 groups were all higher than those of the same group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),moreover,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in fine motor function scores between the 2 groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,fine motor function scores of the 2 groups were all higher than the same group before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),moreover,the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It can effectively improve the balance capacity and fine motor function of children with spastic cerebral palsy to use acupoint catgut embedment and sling exercise combined with routine rehabilitation training with marked clinical efficacy,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
