摘要
目的:分析人性化护理管理对护理部管理工作的影响.方法:2018年1月-2019年1月选取护理人员74名,随机分为两组,各37例.试验组采用人性化护理管理;对照组实施常规护理管理模式.比较两组护理管理效果.结果:试验组患者对护理服务的满意率优于对照组,试验组护理人员对管理满意度优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:临床护理管理中,可以采用人性化护理管理模式,能够有效提高护理人员对工作的满意度,同时提高患者对护理的满意率.
Objective:To analyze the influence of humanized nursing management on the management of nursing department.Methods:74 nurses were selected from January 2018 to January 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 37 cases in each group.The experimental group adopted humanized nursing management.The control group carried out the routine nursing management mode.The effect of nursing management was compared between the two groups.Results:The satisfaction rate of patients in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,the satisfaction degree of nurses in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical nursing management,the humanistic nursing management mode can be adopted,which can effectively improve the satisfaction of nursing staff,at the same time improve the patients'satisfaction rate of nursing.
