土木工程材料课程实验创新探讨——以纤维水泥基材料抗拉综合性试验为例 被引量:12

摘要 针对高校人才培养提出的新要求,总结并分析了我国高校土木工程材料实验课程存在的问题,介绍了现阶段部分高校针对这些问题提出的改革理念和方案,并根据已有的改革经验和教训,针对性地提出了课程实验的改革措施。以在普通水泥基材料中掺入纤维来提升其韧性等力学性能的综合性试验为背景实例,阐述了选择聚丙烯纤维水泥基复合材料抗拉试验作为综合性实验应用于实验教学的合理性和可行性,规划并制作了初步的实验教学设计,并辅以科学的教学内容、合理的教学方式以此来激发学生的学习兴趣和动力,为学生提供创新思考、独立创作的空间,这样既可以高效地完成实验教学计划,还可极大地达到培养学生实践动手和创新能力的教学目的。 The development of China in the new era requires high-level innovative talents,and therefore new demands are proposed on the cultivation of such talents in colleges and universities.This paper summarizes and analyzes the problems existing in the experimental course of civil engineering materials in colleges and universities in China,and introduces the reform ideas and plans put forward by some universities for solving these problems at present,and proposes the course experiments according to the reforming experience and lessons.Finally,a comprehensive experiment of adding fiber to ordinary cement-based materials to improve its toughness and other mechanical properties is taken as a background example.The rationality of using polypropylene fiber cement-based composite tensile test as a comprehensive experiment in experimental teaching is expounded.A preliminary experimental teaching design is completed,it contains scientific teaching content,reasonable teaching methods,etc.to stimulate students’interest and motivation,and provides students with innovative thinking and independent creation space.In this way,the experimental teaching plan can be completed efficiently,and the teaching purpose of cultivating students’practical hands and innovative ability can be greatly realized,and practical ideas for experimental teaching innovation are provided.
