摘要
本文以石墨相氮化碳(CNN)为荧光探针,制备了新型的汞离子(Hg(II))荧光传感器,主要原因是由于含有空轨道的Hg(II)可以通过共价键与CNNS中的N的π电子与形成Hg-N,使得CNNS的荧光猝灭,从而制备了基于CNN的猝灭型Hg(II)荧光传感器.该荧光传感器具有pH稳定、盐效应稳定、热稳定性好以及响应时间短等优势,同时具有良好的线性范围:0.1~60μM,且检出限达到了0.089μM.该荧光传感器已成功应用于实际水样中Hg(II)的检测.
In this study,graphitic carbon nitride(CNN)based a novel fluorescent sensor for the determination of mercury ion(Hg(II)).The main reason is that Hg(II)can make a result of quenching the significant intensity of fluorescent of CNNS by formation of a covalent bond between empty orbital of Hg(II)and theπelectrons of N.The fluorescent sensor the advantages of stable pH,stable salt effect,good thermal stability and short response time,what’s more,it has a good linear range:0.1~60μM with the detection limit is 0.089μM.At the same time,the fluorescent sensor has been successfully applied to the determination of Hg(II)in real water samples.
