摘要
随着传统抗菌药物的广泛应用,临床细菌耐药问题日趋严峻。细菌素具有独特的抗菌机制,并且具有无毒、低免疫原性、无抗药性、高效、耐酸、热稳定等特点,有望在一定程度上成为传统抗菌药物的有效替代品。本文综述了细菌素的特点、分类、作用机制,以及对口腔、胃肠道、乳腺等部位感染性疾病的防治作用,旨在为临床抗感染治疗提供新思路。
With the wide application of traditional antimicrobial agents,the problem of bacterial drug resistance is becoming more and more serious.Bacteriocins have unique antibacterial mechanisms and are expected to be effective substitutes for traditional antibacterial drugs due to their characteristics of non-drug resistance,non-toxicity,non-immunogenicity,high efficiency,acid resistance and heat stability.Bacteriocins have been found to play an important role in the prevention and treatment of oral,gastrointestinal,mammary and other infectious diseases.This article reviews the characteristics,classification,mechanism of action and potential application of bacteriocins in clinical anti-infection.
