摘要
目的探讨中药热敷疗法在腰间盘突出症临床治疗中的应用效果。方法选择该院于2018年9月—2019年4月期间收治的腰间盘突出症患者74例为研究对象,经由随机数字表法进行分组,即研究组37例患者,对照组37例患者;对照组患者接受温针灸疗法,研究组患者则以对照组治疗方案为基础,另行中药热敷疗法,比对分析两组患者的临床治疗有效率、治疗前后的腰椎日本骨科学会评估治疗评分(JOA)以及治疗前后的日常生活能力量表评分(Barthel指数)。结果对照组患者的临床治疗有效率为72.97%,研究组患者的临床治疗有效率为91.89%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.573,P<0.05);除此之外,对照组、观察组患者治疗前的JOA评分、Barthel指数分比为:(10.69±1.54)分、(10.79±1.49)分;(39.15±7.87)分、(38.34±7.66)分较为接近,组间差异无统计学意义(t=0.777、0.655,P=0.284、0.449,P>0.05);,而治疗后,研究组患者的JOA评分(20.74±2.46)分、Barthel指数(69.96±7.59)分均高于对照组的(18.17±1.38)分、(65.44±6.94)分,即组间比对,差异有统计学意义(t=5.542、2.673,P<0.05)。结论对腰间盘突出症患者行中药热敷疗法,效果较为确切,有利于患者获取更好的生活质量,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine hot compress therapy in the clinical treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 74 patients with lumbar disc herniation who were admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to April 2019 were enrolled in the study.The patients were grouped by random number table,37 patients in the study group and 37 patients in the control group.The patients in the control group received warm acupuncture and moxibustion therapy.The patients in the study group were treated with the control plan of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine hot compress therapy was used to compare the clinical treatment efficiency of the two groups of patients of the lumbar spine Japanese orthopedics evaluation treatment score(JOA)before and after treatment,and the daily life ability scale index score(Barthel)before and after treatment.Results The clinical effective rate of the control group was 72.97%.The clinical effective rate of the study group was 91.89% The data of the two groups were analyzed.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^2=4.573,P<0.05).In addition,the JOA score and Barthel index before treatment in the control group and the observation group were(10.69±1.54)points,(10.79±1.49)points;(39.15±7.87)points and(38.34±7.66)points were similar,and the statistical significance between the groups was not established(t=0.777,0.655,P=0.284,0.449,P>0.05);after treatment,the JOA score(20.74±2.46)points and Barthel index(69.96±7.59)of the study group were higher than those of the control group(18.17±1.38)points,(65.44±6.94)points,as for the comparison between groups,the difference was statistically significant(t=5.542,2.673,P<0.05).Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine hot compress therapy for patients with lumbar disc herniation is more effective,which is conducive to patients'better quality of life and worthy of clinical promotion.
