中低温半焦形态硫测定方法及热解硫迁移规律

摘要 为了测定中低温热解条件下半焦中形态硫组成及含量的变化规律,通过XRD及XPS等表征手段对半焦中的形态硫进行分析,并结合国家标准法中煤中形态硫的测定方法以及现有的焦中形态硫的测定方法,得出一种可行的中低温半焦形态硫的测定方法。煤中无机黄铁矿在500℃分解为中间相产物Fe1-xS,在600℃以上完全分解为FeS,高温下无机硫以黄铁矿分解产物FeS和固硫产物CaS为主,煤中易分解有机硫醇硫醚在500℃以下完全分解,高温下有机硫以难分解噻吩、砜类为主。 In order to determine the variation of sulphur composition and content in semi-coke under medium and low temperature pyrolysis conditions,the morphological sulphur in semi-coke was analyzed by XRD and XPS,and combined with national standard method,and the method for determining the form sulfur in the coke,obtain a feasible method for determining the sulfur in the medium and low temperature semi-coke.The inorganic pyrite in coal is decomposed into intermediate product Fe1-xS at 500℃,and completely decomposed into FeS at above 600℃.At high temperature,inorganic sulfur is mainly composed of pyrite decomposition product FeS and sulfur-fixing product CaS.The organic thiol sulfide is completely decomposed below 500℃.At high temperature,the organic sulfur is mainly difficult to decompose thiophene and sulfone.
