放射性125I粒子植入患者术后24h周围人员及床边剂量检测及年累积剂量预测 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨125I粒子植入患者术后24 h陪护、邻床患者和床边剂量检测及其年累积剂量预测。方法:选取29例行125I粒子植入术患者的陪护、邻床患者及患者床边,采用热释光剂量片贴于患者陪护和邻床患者甲状腺、左右晶体和左右性腺以及患床左右侧中点处及左侧邻床左右中点处,于患者植入125I粒子24 h后对其进行剂量测量,经过计算得出其年累积剂量。结果:在应用防护用具的情况下125I粒子数、粒子活度及肿瘤中心至体表垂直距离的影响因素与受照射剂量无相关性。患者125I粒子植入术24 h后患者陪护的甲状腺、左右晶体和左右性腺的预计年累积剂量分别为0.31 mSv、0.23 mSv、0.26 mSv、0.33 mSv和0.33 mSv,邻床患者分别为0.11 mSv、0.22 mSv、0.27 mSv、0.13 mSv和0.32 mSv;患床左侧中点处和右侧中点处分别为1.03 mSv和0.95 mSv;邻床近侧中点处及远侧中点处分别为0.48 mSv及0.36 mSv;年累积剂量限值均未>1 mSv。结论:125I粒子术后患者在应用防护用具的情况下年累积剂量符合国家标准要求,对周围人群安全且无辐射影响。 Objective:To explore the detection on companions,peripheral patients and bedside dosage of patients with implanted 125I particle postoperative 24 h and a prediction of annual accumulated dosage on them.Methods:The companions,peripheral patients and bedside position of 29 patients with implanted 125I particle were selected.The thermoluminescenee dosimeters(TLD)were pasted on the corresponding positions(thyroid gland,left and right crystals,left and right gonads of patients’companions and peripheral patients,and the midpoints of left side and right side of patients’bed,and that of left side bed of patients with implanted 125I particle).The measures were implemented at 24h after 125I particle were implanted in patients,and then the annual accumulated dosages on them were calculated.Results:When protective devices were applied,there were no correlation between the influence factors(the number of 125I particle,activity of particle and the vertical distance between the center of tumor and body surface)and exposure dose.The predicted annual accumulated dosages of thyroid gland,left and right crystals,left and right gonads of patients’companions at 24h after 125I particle was implanted in patients were 0.31 mSv,0.23 mSv,0.26 mSv,0.33 mSv and 0.33 mSv,respectively.And those of peripheral patients were 0.11 mSv,0.22 mSv,0.27 mSv,0.13 mSv and 0.32 mSv,respectively.And those of the midpoints of left side and right side of patients’bed were 1.03 mSV and 0.95 mSv,respectively.And those of the midpoints of near side and far side of adjacent beds were 0.48 mSv and 0.36 mSv,respectively.Conclusion:Under the situation that patients with implanted 125I at 24 h post-operation use protective devices,the annual accumulated dosage of them conforms to the requirement of national standard,and it is safe and it don’t have radiation effect for peripheral personnel.
