摘要
针对某新型应急发电机组隔振器安装调整方案,应用有限元方法仿真分析了隔振器安装及采用液压顶升装置支撑时的受力变形情况,并与车间初次测试结果进行对比。结果表明:仿真结果与测试结果不符。不符的主要原因为整个平台安装平整度不满足要求。仿真结果可为下一步平台的安装调整提供参考;而整体的调平分析工作仍须进一步探究。
Focusing on the installation and adjustment scheme of the vibration isolators of a new emergency generator set,the stress and deformation of the model installed with vibration isolators and supported by the hydraulic jacking device were simulated and analyzed by using the finite element method,and the results were compared with the initial test results in the workshop.The results show that the main reason for the inconsistency between the simulation results and the test results is that the installation flatness of the whole platform does not meet the requirements.It is pointed out that the simulation results can provide reference for the installation and adjustment of the platform in the next step,and the overall leveling analysis work still needs to be further explored.
