摘要
目的:探析针灸治疗慢性盆腔痛的选穴规律。方法:以中国知网(CNKI)为资料来源,选取2008年至2018年的文献,以"慢性盆腔痛""针灸""选穴规律"为关键词进行检索,采用电子表格对入选文献选穴、归经进行统计分析。结果:在38篇文献中穴位频次前六位为中极、三阴交、关元、气海、足三里、子宫,腧穴总频次出现最高的部位为胸腹部,尤以腹部为主,腧穴归经则多集中在任脉、足阳明胃经、足太阴脾经。结论:针灸治疗慢性盆腔痛取穴选经有规律,腧穴多分布于腹部并以任脉、足阳明胃经及足太阴脾经最为常见。
Objective:To investigate and analyze the regularity of acupoint selection in the treatment of chronic pelvic pain by acupuncture and moxibustion. Methods:With CNKI as the data source,literature from 2008 to 2018 was selected. "chronic pelvic pain","acupuncture and moxibustion" and "regularity of acupoint selection" were selected as the key words for retrieval. The acupoint selection and meridian tropism of the selected literature were statistically analyzed by spreadsheet. Results:In the 38 literatures,the top six acupoints with high frequency were Zhongji(CV 3),Sanyinjiao(SP 6),Guanyuan(CV 4),Qihai(CV6),Zusanli(ST 36) and Zigong(EX-CA 1). The distribution of acupoint with high frequency concentrated on thorax and abdomen,mainly on abdomen. The meridians mainly concentrated in the Ren meridian,stomach meridian and spleen meridian. Conclusion:Acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of chronic pelvic pain has certain regularity in the selection of acupoints and meridians. The distribution of acupoint mainly concentrated on abdomen and the meridians mainly concentrated in the Ren meridian,stomach meridian,and spleen meridian.
