摘要
为落实国家推进地方高校应用型转型发展战略部署,河北科技大学理工学院构建“四四制”人才分类培养模式,创新创业教育成为河北省转型发展试点高校人才培养质量提升的重要着力点。本文以河北科技大学理工学院创新创业教育四个阶段培养学生为例,从“四四制”人才分类培养模式下创新创业型人才培养研究入手,对启蒙教育阶段、通识教育阶段、体验教育阶段和实践教育阶段分别进行了阐述和研究,创新创业教育四年一贯制培养成果初步显现。
In order to implement the national strategy of promoting the application-oriented transformation and development of local colleges and universities,Polytechnic College of Hebei University of Science and Technology established the"four-four-system"talents classification training mode.Taking Polytechnic College of Hebei University of Science and Technology of technology innovation four stages to cultivate students as an example,from the aspect of innovation and entrepreneurship talents training study under"unevenness"classification of talents training mode,this paper expounds and researches the phases of basic education,general education,experience education and practical education respectively.Preliminary achievements of innovation and entrepreneurship education is accomplished after four years.
