摘要
为了研究充填开采中不同充填率下覆岩及地表的移动规律,以山东某矿1210工作面为工程背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件建立充填开采计算模型,设计不同充填率的开采模拟方案,并结合关键层理论知识,分析不同充填率下覆岩及地表的移动规律,在此基础上建立地表最大下沉值、地表最大水平移动值与充填率的函数关系式。结果表明:随着充填率的增大,关键层下沉值、地表下沉值、地表水平移动值减小,成负相关关系。实测数据说明,拟合值、数值模拟值与实测值较为接近,可为类似条件工程提供参考依据。
In order to study the movement law of overlying strata and surface under different filling rates in backfilling mining,taking 1210 working face of a coal mine in Shandong Province as the engineering background,the calculation model of backfilling mining is established by FLAC3D numerical simulation software,and the mining simulation schemes with different filling rates are designed.Combining with the theoretical knowledge of key strata,the mining simulation schemes with different filling rates are analyzed.On the basis of the movement law of overburden and surface,the functional relations between maximum subsidence value,maximum horizontal movement value and filling rate are established.The results show that with the increase of filling rate,the subsidence value of key strata,surface subsidence value and surface horizontal movement value decrease,there is a negative correlation.The measured data show that the fitting value and numerical simulation value are close to the measured value,which can provide reference for similar conditions engineering.
