摘要
目的探讨术前口服麦芽糊精果糖液对胃肠道肿瘤患者术后应激反应及舒适度的影响。方法选择2018年7月至2019年7月本院收治的76例胃肠道肿瘤患者为研究对象,简单随机数字表法分为观察组及对照组,每组38例。观察组男24例,女14例,年龄(52.58±9.59)岁。对照组男25例,女13例,年龄(52.64±9.63)岁。对照组术前1 d午夜后禁饮禁食,观察组术前1 d及手术当天口服麦芽糊精果糖液。比较两组术后应激反应情况及舒适度。结果术前4 h,两组应激反应指标MDA、SOD、FBG、Insulin、HOMA-IR水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。术后,两组MDA、SOD、FBG、Insulin、HOMA-IR水平均高于术前4 h,且观察组MDA、FBG、Insulin、HOMA-IR水平均低于对照组,而SOD则高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者舒适程度比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总舒适度为36.84%(14/38),优于对照组的13.16%(5/38),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术前口服麦芽糊精果糖液可减轻胃肠道肿瘤手术患者术后应激反应,并提高舒适度,值得临床运用。
Objective To explore the effect of preoperative oral maltodextrin fructose solution on postoperative stress response and comfort in patients with gastrointestinal cancer.Methods 76 patients with gastrointestinal cancer admitted to our hospital from July,2018 to July,2019 were selected as the study objects.The simple random number table method was used to divided the patients into an observation group and a control group,with 38 cases in each group.There were 24 male and 14 female in the observation group;and they were(52.58±9.59)years old.There were 25 male and 13 female in the control group;and they were(52.64±9.63)years old.The control group were forbidden to drink and fast one day before and one day after the operation.The observation group orally took maltodextrin fructose solution 1 d before the operation and on the day of the operation.The stress response and comfort of the two groups were compared.Results Four hours before the operation,there were no statistical differences in the levels of MDA,SOD,FBG,insulin,and HOMA-IR between the two groups(all P>0.05).After the operation,the levels of MDA,SOD,FBG,insulin,and HOMA-IR in the two groups were higher than those four hours before the operation,and the levels of MDA,FBG,insulin,and HOMAIR in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the level of SOD was higher than that in the control group,with statistical differences(all P<0.05).There was statistical difference in the comfort degree between the two groups(P<0.05).The total comfort of the observation group was 36.84%(14/38),which was better than that of the control group[13.16%(5/38)](P<0.05).Conclusions Preoperative oral maltodextrin fructose solution can reduce the postoperative stress response of patients with gastrointestinal cancer,and improve their comfort level,so it is worthy of clinical application.
