摘要 目前我国燃气轮机发电技术与发达国家相比差距很大,主设备基本依赖进口,运维技术也很薄弱,因此分析燃气轮机运维关键技术,提供运维服务思路,降低运维服务成本,实现运维服务自主化意义重大。从建立远程监测与故障诊断功能平台、优化运行条件延长检修时间间隔、备品备件优化配置减少储备成本3个方面论述了燃机运维的关键技术,可以有效地降低电厂故障发生率,节省检修维护费用,减少备品备件储备成本,提高燃机电厂的运行可靠性、经济性和灵活性。 At present,the gas turbine power generation technology in our country has a great gap compared with the developed countries,the main equipment of gas turbine is basically dependent on imports,and the operation and maintenance technology is also very weak,so it is of great significance to analyze the key technologies of gas turbine operation and maintenance,to provide the train of thought of operation and maintenance service,to reduce the cost of operation and maintenance service and to realize the autonomy of operation and maintenance service.The key technologies of gas turbine operation and maintenance were discussed from three aspects:establishing remote monitoring and fault diagnosis function platform,optimizing operation conditions and prolonging maintenance time interval,optimizing spare parts allocation and reducing reserve cost,which can effectively reduce the failure rate of the power plant,save the cost of maintenance and maintenance,reduce the reserve cost of spare parts,and improve the operation reliability,economy and flexibility of the gas turbine power plant.
