摘要
以卫浴连接器为研究对象,利用UG软件对卫浴连接器及模具进行了分析设计;对塑件进行了工艺性分析,该模具需要3个方向侧向分型抽芯,分别采用斜导柱外抽芯和斜滑块内抽芯的抽芯方式,最大抽拔距为35 mm。模具最大特点是采用浮动浇口套自动切断矩形浇口。浮动浇口套是在浇口套上加一弹簧,留有一定的浮动空间,注射时,注射机喷嘴对浇口套施加压力压缩弹簧进行注射,注射结束后喷嘴移开,模具开模,浮动浇口套复位,浮动螺钉在弹簧的作用下,带动浮动板向定模移动,而塑件随凸模向动模移动,定模板与浮动板形成剪切,矩形浇口被剪断。在不增加模具成本的前提下,减轻劳动强度,有利于实现自动化操作。
The bathroom connector was taken as research object.UG software was used to design and analyze the bathroom connector and mould.Process analysis was conducted for the plastic parts.Side parting and core pulling on three directions was required by the mould.Respectively,slanted guided pillar was adopted to accomplish external core-pulling,and slanted slide was adopted to accomplish inside core-pulling.And the maximum drawing distance was 35 mm.The most important feature of the mould was the use of floating sprue bush to cut off the rectangular gate automatically.The floating sprue bush had a spring added to the sprue bush and kept a certain floating space.During injection,the spring was compressed by the nozzle of the injection machine exerting pressure on the sprue bush.After injection,the nozzle was removed and the mold was opened.The floating sprue bush was reset.Under the action of the spring,the floating plate was driven by the floating screw to move towards the stationary mould.While the plastic parts moved towards the moving mold with the punch.Shear was formed by the fixed template with floating plate,and the rectangular gate was cut off.Without increasing the die cost,labor intensity was reduced and automatic operation could be easily realized.
