摘要 飞机液压导管工作过程中因为振动导致发生导管间干涉、导管与结构干涉、导管与成附件的干涉等问题。运用有限元方法对某型飞机某段液压导管进行了振动特性分析,发现振动确实容易引发导管与成附件间的干涉,严重时还会导致导管磨损和破坏故障。在总结传统导管干涉处理方法的基础上,提出了基于颗粒碰撞减振器的降振维修方法,并通过试验和离散元仿真的方法验证了其有效性,为工程实际中解决由于振动导致的导管干涉问题提供了新的方向。 During the working process of aircraft hydraulic pipes,the interference often occurres between pipes,pipes and structures,and pipes and components due to vibration. To solve the above problems,the vibration characteristics of a certain section of hydraulic pipe of an aircraft were analyzed by finite element method,and the possibility of the interference was determined,and the vibration of that pipe easily caused the wear and failure of the pipe. On the basis of summarizing the traditional interference processing methods of pipes,a new maintenance method of vibration reduction based on particle impact damper is proposed,and the test and discrete element simulation validity the method. It provides a new direction for solving the problem of pipe interference caused by the vibration in engineering.
