摘要
针对台区线损精益化管理对台区理论线损水平的计算需求,提出一种基于关联度变权的台区理论线损水平评估方法。首先分析理论线损的影响因素,建立包含台区固有性质和运行因素两类指标的台区理论线损评估指标体系;接着利用斯皮尔曼系数、灰色关联度及余弦定量的分析方法,构建评估指标的综合关联度分析模型;进而提出台区理论线损的评估方法。最后以安徽6个不同类型台区为例,进行理论线损水平的评估分析,验证研究方法的有效性响因素做了敏感性分析,为海上风电项目成本控制提供了方向。
Aiming at the calculation requirements of the theoretical line loss level of the station line loss lean management,a method for estimating the line loss of the theoretical line loss based on the correlation degree variable weight is proposed.Firstly,the influencing factors of theoretical line loss are analyzed and a theoretical line loss evaluation index system including the inherent characteristics of the station area and operational factors are established.Then,Spearman coefficient,grey correlation degree and cosine quantitative analysis method are used to construct the evaluation index.The evaluation method of the theoretical line loss of the station area is proposed.Finally,the theoretical line loss level is analyzed by using six different types of stations in Anhui as an example to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
