摘要
为确保复杂环境下爆破施工的安全,通过连续装药与空气间隔装药进行比较分析,设计了两种试验方案进行现场试验应用,对比分析爆破振动和效果。采用PVC管间隔装药结构提高了炮孔的装药高度,降低了炮孔单孔装药量,延长了爆炸应力波对岩石的作用时间,从而减少了孔口大块现象,提高了爆破效果,大大降低了爆破开挖成本,取得显著的经济效益,可为类似工程爆破施工提供借鉴。
In order to ensure the safety of blasting construction in complex environment,through the comparison and analysis of continuous charging and air spacing charging,two test schemes are designed for field test application,and the blasting vibration and effect are compared and analyzed. Use PVC pipe interval charging structure can improve the hole of the loading height,reduced the charge weight per blast hole is hole,prolong the explosive stress wave in rock,thus reducing the orifice period of large phenomenon,improve the blasting effect and greatly reduces the cost of blasting excavation,and achieved remarkable economic benefits,can provide reference for similar engineering blasting.
