GCr15轴承钢在盐酸溶液中的点蚀行为

摘要 通过腐蚀原位观察试验,采用金相显微镜、共聚焦显微镜、扫描电镜(SEM)等研究了GCr15轴承钢在盐酸溶液中的点蚀行为。结果表明:GCr15轴承钢的点蚀孔洞缺陷是由MnS夹杂物引起的,随着点蚀坑内钢的溶解,夹杂物脱落,蚀坑内的pH持续降低,导致点蚀继续向纵向发展;点蚀坑的数量和腐蚀横截面处MnS夹杂露头数量有关,露头数量越多,点蚀坑越密集。 The pitting behavior of GCr15 bearing steel in hydrochloric acid solution was studied in corrosion in-situ observation test by metalloscopy,confocal microscopy and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results show that the defects of pitting holes were caused by MnS inclusions.With the dissolution of steel in pits,the inclusions fell off,and the pH value in the pits decreased continuously,which led to the continuous development of pitting along the longitudinal direction.The number of pits was related to the number of exprosed MnS inclusions on the corrosion cross section.The greater the number of exposed MnS,the denser the pits on the cross section.
