城市污泥栽培基质种植锦紫苏第二茬效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 为促进城市污泥堆肥的进一步资源化利用,对污泥栽培基质用于长期栽培进行探索研究.采用盆栽试验,将7种不同配比的城市污泥堆肥栽培基质2次种植锦紫苏,测定并记录其生长状况及生物量.结果表明:基质中污泥含量为40%时,全株鲜重、地上鲜重、最大叶宽、株高、最大叶长、冠幅等均为最大值,50%次之.污泥含量50%时地下鲜重、叶片数最大,40%次之.且这些值显著高于对照组(椰糠:泥炭土=1:2).说明污泥栽培基质2次种植锦紫苏时,污泥比例为40%~50%较适宜.实验研究为城市污泥资源化利用及污泥栽培基质2次或多次利用提供参考. The research aimed to promote the resource further utilization of municipal sludge compost and provide reference for the long-term cultivation of sludge cultivation matrix.In this paper,potted experiment was carried out with Coleus blumei as the experimental material.The cultivation matrix of urban sludge compost with 7 different proportions was planted with Coleus blumei for the second time,and its growth status and bio-mass were measured and recorded.When the sludge content of the municipal sludge compost was 40%,the fresh weight of the whole plant,the fresh weight of the ground,the maximum leaf width,the plant height,the maxi-mum leaf length and the crown width all were the maximum,followed by 50%.The underground fresh weight with 50%sludge content and the number of leaves were the largest,followed by 40%.These values were signifi-cantly higher than the control group(coconut bran:peat=1:2).When the sludge culture matrix was planted for the second time,the sludge ratio of 40-50%was more suitable for Coleus blumei.This experiment provides a ref-erence for the resource utilization of municipal sludge and the two or more times utilization of sludge cultivation substrate.
