背压式50MW热电联产机组启动过程优化探讨

摘要 为了响应国家产业结构改革的要求,50MW背压式热电联产机组数量逐年增加。某厂一台50MW背压式热电联产机组,在启机过程中振动及胀差波动大,并最终导致转子塑性弯曲、轴封磨损等严重问题。针对上述问题,结合热力分析以及运行经验,从启机过程优化方面提出了相应的整改措施,并制定了一系列的运行控制边界条件。本文对该等级背压机组的启动过程优化具有重要的借鉴意义。 In response to the requirements of the national industrial structure reform,the number of 50 MW backpressure combined heat and power units has increased year by year.A 50MW back-pressure cogeneration unit in a plant has large f luctuations in vibration and expansion during the start-up process,and eventually leads to serious problems such as plastic bending of the rotor and wear of the shaft seal.In view of the above problems,combined with thermal analysis and operational experience,the corresponding rectification measures were proposed from the optimization of the start-up process,and a series of operational control boundary conditions were formulated.This paper has important reference significance for the optimization of the starting process of the back pressure unit.
