摘要 深圳某项目配套码头工程取水口工程中包含2件5000 t级大型异型沉箱,作业条件有限,施工难度大,无法采用传统二次起吊工艺进行沉箱预安装。针对沉箱安装困难及精度问题,采用定位架、GPS以及360°棱镜组合安装技术,通过GPS定位定向软件的使用与分析,确保了大型异型沉箱安全、精准地一次安装到位,为类似工程施工提供参考。 There are two 5000 ton large-scale special-shaped caissons in the water intake project of the supporting wharf project of a project in Shenzhen.The operation conditions are limited and the construction is difficult,so it is impossible to use the traditional secondary lifting technology for caisson pre installation.In view of the difficulty and accuracy of caisson installation,the combination installation technology of positioning frame,GPS and 360 degree prism is adopted.Through the use and analysis of GPS positioning and orientation software,the safe and accurate installation of large-scale special-shaped caisson is ensured,which provides reference for similar engineering construction.
