摘要
深圳某项目取水口工程含泵房基础、过滤涵2个大型异型沉箱,整体预制重量较大,施工难度高,故采用先预制部分泵房基础、过滤涵结构。针对该内部无舱隔,无法采取常规加水压载方式进行调平的大型异型预制沉箱结构,现场采用CAD三维建模辅助计算,更加准确、高效地分析沉箱结构数据,并采用起重船辅助安装工艺,确保了该大型异型沉箱出坞时的调平,保证了安装的精准度,确保了该大型异型沉箱一次安装成功,为今后大型异形沉箱的施工提供了有益的技术参考。
The water intake project of a project in Shenzhen includes two large-scale special-shaped caissons,pump house foundation and filter culvert.The overall prefabricated weight is large and the construction is difficult.Therefore,part of the pump house foundation and filter culvert structure are prefabricated first.In view of the large-scale special-shaped prefabricated caisson structure without internal compartment and unable to be leveled by conventional water ballast method,CAD three-dimensional modeling auxiliary calculation is adopted on site to analyze the caisson structure data more accurately and efficiently,and the crane ship auxiliary installation process is adopted to ensure the leveling of the large-scale special-shaped caisson when it is undocked,ensure the accuracy of installation and ensure the large-scale special-shaped caisson.The successful installation of caissons at one time provides a useful technical reference for the construction of large-scale special-shaped caissons in the future.
