摘要
文章介绍了气相色谱仪从气路进气系统到温度系统再到进样系统实验操作过程中可能发生的主要故障,并提出了相应解决方法。气路系统一般常用试漏法解决泄漏等问题;温度系统问题常用更换部件解决来自内部的电路问题;进样系统可通过依次排除法判断分析各种不同的故障种类并解决。
In this paper,the possible main faults of gas chromatograph in the experimental operation process from inlet system of gas path to temperature system and then to sampling system are introduced as well as the corresponding solutions are put forward.Normally,the leakage test method is applied to solve such problem as the leakage in gas path system;the internal electric circuit problems in temperature system are solved by replacing components;different kinds of faults in sampling system could be judged,analyzed and solved with the sequential exclusion method.
