摘要
通过研究行业协会作用,本文提出促进行业协会发挥作用提高产品质量监管水平的对策建议,即一是进一步转变政府职能,理清行业协会与政府的关系;二是加快行业协会的立法进程,扩大行业覆盖面;三是完善服务职能,维护企业利益;四是提高对行业协会的监督频率,赏罚分明;五是健全公众参与监督的途径,通过政府、企业、消费者监督行业协会.
By studying the role of industry associations,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the role of industry associations and improve the level of product quality supervision.Suggestions include:first of all,change the governmental function,and clarify the relationship between industry association and government;second,speed up the legislative process of trade associations and expand the coverage of the industry;third,improve service function and safeguard enterprise interests;fourth,improve the supervision frequency of the industry association with clear reward and punishment;fifth,improve the way of public participation in supervision,and supervise industry association through government,enterprises and consumers.
