摘要
T2DM是目前发病率最高的代谢性疾病之一,是遗传和/或环境因素造成的慢性病,口服降糖药物是常用的治疗方法。二甲双胍、阿卡波糖通过影响肠道菌群丰度变化及其代谢产物短链脂肪酸产生,以改善血糖水平。本文就降糖药物对T2DM患者肠道菌群及其代谢产物的影响进行综述。
Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is one of the metabolic diseases with the highest incidence at present.It is a chronic disease caused by genetic and/or environmental factors.Oral anti-diabetic drugs are comm on treatment.Metformin and Acarbose can improve blood glucose level by influencing the change of gut microbiota abundance and the production of short chain fatty acids.This article reviews the effect of anti-diabetic drugs on gut microbiota and its metabolites in T2DM patients.
