摘要
2019冠状病毒病(COVID-19)疫情防控形势仍然处于严峻时期,COVID-19重型及危重型病例救治是当前首要任务。广西医学救援协会牵头组织区内9家医院20余名专家,基于丰富临床救治经验,组织编撰完成COVID-19重症病例诊疗经验与建议,从COVID-19广西流行病学特征、患者肺部影像学动态变化、炎症反应失控与病情变化及预后相关性、重症病例ECMO选择时机及操作、抗病毒治疗联合免疫调节治疗临床经验、重症患者营养支持建议、广西壮医瑶医特色施治以及心理干预和疏导等多方面进行探索和实践,具有较强的实用性和创新性,对临床防治COVID-19具有一定指导意义。
The situation of prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic is still in a severe period.Treatment of severe and critical cases of COVID-19 is the primary task at present.Initiated by Guangxi association for disaster and emergency rescue medicine,more than 20 experts from 9 hospitals in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region compiled and completed the diagnosis,treatment experience and suggestions of COVID-19 severe cases,which based on rich clinical treatment experience.These clinical experience include epidemiological characteristics of COVID-19 in Guangxi,dynamic pulmonary imaging changes in patients,the correlation between condition change and prognosis of patients with uncontrolled inflammatory response,timing and operation of ECMO in severe cases,antiviral combined with immunoregulatory therapy,nutritional support suggestions for severe patients,special medical of Zhuang and Yao,psychological intervention,counseling and other aspects of exploration and practice.The above experience has strong practicability and innovation.It has certain guiding significance for clinical prevention and treatment of COVID-19.
