摘要
针对顺槽带式输送机收卷输送带时劳动强度大、效率低以及安全性低的问题,根据实际生产需求完成了对卷带装置的总体设计,并对其关键部件举升梁和回转中心架的强度校核,并对不合格因素进行了优化。通过实际生产验证卷带装置在降低劳动强度、提升效率方面取得了显著的效果。
In view of the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency and low safety in winding conveyor belt,the overall design of the belt winding device is completed according to the actual production demand,and the strength of lifting beam and rotary center frame of its key components is checked,and the unqualified factors are optimized.Through the actual production verification coil belt device has achieved remarkable results in reducing labor intensity and improving efficiency.
