9种植物及其8种组合对五氯酚污染土壤的修复效果 被引量:3

摘要 为筛选适宜于五氯酚(PCP)污染土壤修复的植物,以莎草、小飞蓬、垂柳等9种植物为材料,通过盆栽试验模拟PCP污染环境,进行单种和组合种植试验,以植物的生物量、植株中PCP含量、土壤中PCP含量下降百分比等为指标,研究9种不同植物及其8种组合对PCP污染土壤的修复效果;同时,还研究了土壤pH值对PCP污染土壤修复效果的影响。结果表明:从植物的生物量来分析,垂柳的地上部产量最高,种植6个月后鲜重达15.01 kg,干重达4.62 kg;其次是小飞蓬,鲜重13.79 kg,干重4.95 kg;从植株吸收PCP的量来分析,单种时,三叶草、小飞蓬中的PCP含量分别为2.09、2.92 mg/kg,显著高于其他单种植物;植物组合中小飞蓬+苜蓿的PCP含量为2.87 mg/kg,极显著高于其他植物组合;从植物对PCP的富集和转移来分析,小飞蓬的富集系数和转移系数最大,分别为0.22和0.93,显著高于其他植物;从土壤PCP含量下降情况来分析,单种处理中苜蓿和小飞蓬的土壤PCP含量下降百分比最大,分别为53.12%和56.14%;2种植物组合中小飞蓬+三叶草、小飞蓬+苜蓿的土壤PCP含量下降百分比最大,分别56.73%、58.08%;3种植物组合中垂柳+小飞蓬+苜蓿PCP含量下降百分比最大,为59.34%,显著高于其他植物及植物组合;土壤pH值为7.0时,植物对PCP污染土壤的修复效果最佳。 In order to select plant species suitable for PCP contaminated soil remediation,9 kinds of plants,such as Cyperus rotundus L.,Conyza canadensis and Salix babylonica,were used as materials to simulate pentachlorol (PCP) contaminated environment by pot experiment.The experiments of single and combined plantings were carried out,and the indexes of biomass,PCP content in plants and PCP content decrease percentage in soil were used to study the effects of 9 different plants and their 8 combinations on PCP contaminated soil.At the same time,the effect of pH value on the remediation of PCP contaminated soil was studied.The results showed that the above-ground part of Salix babylonica had the largest biomass,reaching 15.01kg fresh weight and 4.62kg dry weight after 6 months of planting;next is Conyza canadensis with fresh weight 13.79 kg and dry weight 4.95 kg.The PCP content in Trifolium pratense and Conyza canadensis plants in monoculture was 2.09 mg/kg and 2.92 mg/kg,respectively,significantly larger than that in other plants by monoculture;PCP content of Conyza canadensis + Medicago sativa was 2.87 mg/kg,significantly higher than those of other plant combinations.According to the analysis on enrichment and transfer of PCP in plants,the enrichment coefficient and transfer coefficient of PCP in Conyza canadensis were the highest,reaching 0.22 and 0.93 respectively,significantly higher than those in other plants.Under the single plant treatment,the percentage of PCP content in soil under Medicago sativa and Conyza canadensis obtained the most decrease,reaching 53.12% and 56.14% respectively;the percentage of PCP in soil under Conyza canadensis+Trifolium pratense and Conyza canadensis+Medicago sativa had the most reduction,reaching 56.73% and 58.08% respectively;in the three plant combinations,the percentage of PCP in soil under Salix babylonica+Conyza canadensis+Medicago sativa decreased the most by 59.34%,significantly larger than other plants and plant combinations.When the soil pH value was 7,the optimal phytoremediation to PCP contaminated soil was obtained.
