摘要
通过总结目前热等静压对镍基单晶高温的应用研究进展,阐释了热等静压对镍基单晶高温合金中的疏松等孔洞类缺陷的消除作用,分析了孔洞的愈合机理,并分别展示了应用热等静压后合金的拉伸、持久、疲劳等力学性能变化情况,同时介绍了热等静压对已服役制件组织力学性能恢复处理的研究进展、计算模拟在指导热等静压工艺研究中的作用,展望了中国热等静压技术的未来发展。
Since the introduction of the hot isostatic pressing(HIP)technology,it has been widely used in the powder metallurgy forming to improve the densification of castings.With the increasing demand for the high performance nickel-based single crystal superalloys,the applications of the hot isostatic pressing in the nickel-based single crystal superalloys attracted more and more studies.This paper reviews the current research progress in the applications of the hot isostatic pressing for the high temperature nickel-based single crystals,focusing on the elimination effect of the hot isostatic pressing on the looses and other pore defects in the nickel-based single crystal superalloys,and the pore healing mechanism,as well as the changes in mechanical properties such as tensile strength,endurance,and fatigue after applying the hot isostatic pressing.The application of the hot isostatic pressing for the restoration of the mechanical properties of the serviced parts and the calculation simulation in guiding the heat and other topics are also discussed.The role of the static pressure process research,and the future development of China's hot isostatic pressing technology are commented.
