摘要
为提高圆锥滚子轴承的疲劳损伤探测以及完好状况评估的效果,基于轴承失效进展试验中的振动和润滑油残渣数据,开发了一种集成化的检测圆锥滚子轴承疲劳损伤的诊断工具,在模拟发动机载荷条件下,通过传感设备检测轴承失效状况。结果表明:与之前单一的圆锥滚子轴承状况监测系统相比,该集成化的监测系统可多角度识别轴承损伤,且随着数据的积累其可靠性逐步提高,从而明显提高疲劳损伤探测与完好状况评估的效果。
In order to improve effect of fatigue damage detection and intact condition evaluation of tapered roller bearings,an integrated diagnostic tool for detecting fatigue damage of tapered roller bearings is developed based on vibration and residual oil data from failure progression test of bearings.The failure of the bearings is detected by sensor under simulated engine load conditions.The results show that when compared with previous single intact condition monitoring system for tapered roller bearings,the integrated monitoring system identifies damage of the bearings from multiple angles,and its reliability improves gradually with accumulation of data,improving effect of fatigue damage detection and intact condition evaluation significantly.
