黑龙江省某集约化牛场奶牛铜缺乏症的调查分析 被引量:1

Investigation and analysis of copper deficiency in cows in an intensive dairy farm in Heilongjiang Province

摘要 针对黑龙江省某集约化牛场部分奶牛表现精神萎顿,被毛脱落、褪色,走路呈现醉酒状甚至卧地不起等症状,开展了疾病的调查研究。选取了该牛场26头泌乳奶牛,检测血铜含量为(13.66±4.86)μmol/L,低于正常水平(15.76±1.36)μmol/L,诊断为铜缺乏症,发病率达53.85%;低于10.93μmol/L以下为低铜血症,发病率达30.8%。患病奶牛通过补铜后,血铜含量显著升高到(19.85±6.03)μmol/L,并恢复到正常水平。建议该牛场应定期监测牛群血铜水平,发现问题及时在饲料中适当地添加铜以预防奶牛铜缺乏症。 Some cows in an intensive dairy farm in Heilongjiang Province showed symptoms of impotence, shedding and fading of fur, drunken walking, and even lying on the ground without getting up.In order to investigate the disease, 26 lactating cows of the farm were selected for examination.The results were that the copper content(13.66 ±4.86) μmol/L in the blood of the cows was detected to be lower than the normal level(15.76±1.36) μmol/L, and the incidence of this copper deficiency was as high as 53.85% in the cows.Then, copper supplementation was administered to the diseased cows, and the copper level in their blood increased significantly to 19.85±6.028 μmol/L, returning to the normal level.Therefore, the copper in the blood of the dairy cows should be regularly monitored on the farm, and appropriate copper should be added to their feed to prevent copper deficiency in the animals.
