摘要
目的观察冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合神阙穴闪罐对过敏性鼻炎患儿外周血淋巴细胞亚群、血清免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、细胞因子水平的影响。方法选择2017年6-8月于张家港市中医医院进行治疗的过敏性鼻炎患儿80例作为研究组,接受冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合神阙穴闪罐治疗;2017年9-12月于张家港市中医医院进行治疗的过敏性鼻炎患儿80例作为对照组,给予常规穴位贴敷治疗。2组均连续治疗3个月。观察2组患儿症状积分和治疗有效率,检测并比较2组患儿治疗前后外周血淋巴细胞亚群、IgE和干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-5(IL-5)水平,分析淋巴细胞亚群各指标与IgE的相关性。结果研究组治疗后的症状积分及冬季症状积分均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05),而治疗有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2组淋巴细胞亚群各指标、血清IgE和IL-4、IL-5水平均较治疗前明显改善(P均<0.05),且治疗后研究组的CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD19^+、CD4^+CD25^+、IFN-γ水平均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05),CD4^+/CD8^+、IgE、IL-4、IL-5水平均显著低于对照组(P均<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示CD19^+与IgE呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。2组治疗过程中均无明显不良反应发生。结论冬病夏治穴位贴敷联合神阙穴闪罐治疗可明显减轻过敏性鼻炎患儿临床症状,有效调节机体淋巴细胞亚群水平,提高机体免疫力,抑制IgE分泌。
Objective It is to observe the effects treating winter disease in summer by acupoint application combined with flash cupping at Shenque acupoint on the peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets, serum immunoglobulin E(IgE), and cytokine levels in children with allergic rhinitis. Methods A total of 80 children with allergic rhinitis treated in Zhangjiagang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June to August 2017 were selected as the study group which was treated with treating winter disease in summer by acupoint application combined with flash cupping at Shenque acupoint;80 children with allergic rhinitis treated in Zhangjiagang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September to December 2017 were selected as the control group which was treated with conventional acupoint application. Both groups were treated continuously for 3 months. The symptom scores and treatment effectiveness of the two groups were observed, the levels of peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets, IgE and interferon-γ(IFN-γ), interleukin-4(IL-4), interleukin-5(IL-5) before and after treatment in the two groups were detected and compared, and the correlation between lymphocyte subsets and IgE was analyzed. Results The symptom scores and winter symptom scores in the study group were significantly lower while the treatment effectiveness was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the indexes of lymphocyte subsets, serum IgE and IL-4, and IL-5 levels were significantly improved compared with those before treatment in the two groups(all P<0.05), and CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+, and CD19^+, CD4^+CD25^+ and IFN-γof the study group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), and the levels of CD4^+/CD8^+, IgE, IL-4, and IL-5 were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between CD19^+ and IgE(P<0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in the two groups. Conclusion Treating winter disease in summer by acupoint application combined with flash cupping at Shenque acupoint can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms, effectively regulate the level of lymphocyte subgroups in the body, improve the body’s immunity, and inhibit IgE secretion in children with allergic rhinitis.
