摘要
喉部分切除术后吞咽困难对患者的生活质量产生严重影响,吞咽功能的恢复对于提高患者的生存质量意义重大。本文分别从手术策略、年龄、放射化学治疗、早期实施吞咽恢复干预措施对喉部分切除术后吞咽功能的影响展开综述,为吞咽功能的保全和恢复提供一定的借鉴。
Dysphagia after partial laryngectomy has a serious impact on the life quality of patients.The recovery of swallowing function is of great significance to improve the life quality of patients.This paper reviews the effects of surgical strategy,age,radiotherapy and chemotherapy,early implementation of swallowing recovery interventions on swallowing function after partial laryngectomy,and provides some reference for the preservation and recovery of swallowing function.
