摘要
目的:分析中医药健康旅游消费认知现状、存在问题,并提供建议及对策。方法:对河南省18个地市579人开展调查并进行统计学处理。结果:54.6%的被调查者对中医药健康旅游不了解,68.5%的被调查者第一次了解中医药健康旅游是从亲朋好友处听到、政府文件看到或其他途径听说,88.8%的被调查者对中医药健康旅游感兴趣,被调查者认为排在前三位的中医药健康旅游产品主要是中医药养生体验旅游、中医药文化体验旅游、中医药观光旅游,多数被调查者更愿意到级别更高的景区,被调查者认为推动中医药健康旅游发展的主要动力依次是健康需求多样化、政府的引导、医疗服务的转型发展、老龄化的到来。结论:提升中医药健康旅游消费认知应注重拓展中医药健康旅游宣传推广渠道、整合中医药健康旅游特色优势资源,加强中医药健康旅游专业人才培养,加大中医药健康旅游政策扶持力度。
Objective Analyses the status quo and existing problems of Chinese medicine health tourism consumption awareness,and provides suggestions and countermeasures. Methods Investigation and statistical analysis of 579 people in 18 cities of Henan Province. Results 54.6% of the respondents did not understand the health tourism of Chinese medicine.68.5% of the respondents first understood that health tourism of Chinese medicine was heard from relatives and friends,government documents or other ways.88.8% of respondents were interested in health tourism of Chinese medicine. The respondents believed that the top three health tourism products of Chinese medicine are mainly health-preserving experience tourism of Chinese medicine,cultural experience tourism of Chinese medicine and tourism of Chinese medicine. Most respondents preferred to go to higher-level scenic spots. The respondents believed that the main driving forces to promote the development of Chinese medicine health tourism were the diversification of health needs,the guidance of the government,the transformation and development of medical services,and the arrival of aging. Conclusion Promoting the consumption awareness of health tourism of Chinese medicine should pay attention to expanding the channels of propaganda and promotion of health tourism of Chinese medicine,integrating the characteristic advantage resources of Chinese medicine health tourism,strengthening the training of health tourism professionals in Chinese medicine,enhance the support of health tourism policy of Chinese medicine.
