基于Moldflow的计算机面板注塑成型方案对比分析 被引量:2

摘要 以计算机面板两种流动方案分析为例,简要介绍了Moldflow的作用,分析了塑件的成型工艺、成型条件及浇注系统设置方案,采用Moldflow软件对塑件成型的两种Moldflow流动方案进行变形与熔接痕等分析,根据填充时间、压力、流体前沿温度、体积收缩率、熔接痕、困气位置等分析结果,得到了一套切实可行的方案,展现了Moldflow技术在浇注系统设计和注塑模具开发过程中所起到的突出作用及应用要点,对同类塑件的注塑成型具有较好的参考价值。 Taking the analysis of two flow schemes of notebook panel as an example, the function of Moldflow was briefly introduced. The forming process, forming conditions and the setting scheme of gating system of plastic parts were analyzed. The deformation and weld lines of two Moldflow flow schemes of plastic parts forming were analyzed with Moldflow software. According to fill time, pressure, fluid front temperature, volume shrinkage rate, weld lines and trapped gas position etc, a set of feasible scheme finally was obtained, fully demonstrated Moldflow technology in the design of gating system and injection mold development process, which played a prominent role and application points. It has a good reference value for the injection molding of the same kind of plastic parts.
