摘要
从2018年初对饲养于上海动物园灵长二区的一头雌性合趾猿“发发”开展行为训练工作。主要介绍其训练情况、训练期间记录得到的腹股沟体温及月经周期。训练内容包括张嘴、测量体温、触诊及跟随。经数据整合分析得到“发发”的腹股沟体温为(37.1±0.5)℃,最高值为38.7℃,最低值为36.0℃。推测这与气温、动物运动状态及身体状态等因素密切相关。合趾猿“发发”的月经周期为(48.3±0.8)d。
The behavior training was conducted on a female siamang(Symphalangus syndactylus,named“FAFA”)in Primates DistrictⅡin Shanghai Zoo since 2018.This paper introduced the training programs and analyzed its temperature of the groin and menstrual cycle.The training programs included open mouth training,temperature of the groin,body part examination and following training.The result showed that its groin temperature was(37.1±0.5)℃,the maximum was 38.7℃,the minimum was 36℃.It was deduced it had close relationship with weather,animal’s movement state and animal’s physical state.FAFA’s menstrual cycle was(48.3±0.8)d.
