顶空毛细管柱气相色谱法测定生活饮用水中18种挥发性卤代烃 被引量:10

Determination of 18 volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water by headspace-capillary gas chromatography

摘要 目的建立能够同时测定生活饮用水中18种挥发性卤代烃的顶空毛细管气相色谱测定方法。方法采用自动顶空进样技术,通过对顶空条件(顶空瓶加热温度、平衡时间)和气相色谱条件进行优化。样品经70℃静态顶空15 min后,用TR-5(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)毛细管柱进行分离,ECD检测器分析,保留时间定性,外标法定量,测定生活饮用水中1,1-二氯乙烯、二氯甲烷、反1,2-二氯乙烯、顺1,2-二氯乙烯、三氯甲烷、1,1,1-三氯乙烷、1,2-二氯乙烷、四氯化碳、三氯乙烯、一溴二氯甲烷、二溴一氯甲烷、四氯乙烯、对二氯苯、邻二氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯、六氯丁二烯、1,2,3-三氯苯、六氯苯。结果18种挥发性卤代烃的标准曲线相关系数r≥0.996,平均加标回收率为85.3%~102.2%,相对标准偏差为1.40%~8.01%,方法检出限为0.003μg/L^5.2μg/L。结论所建立的方法快速、准确、操作简单,适合同时测定水中18种挥发性卤代烃。 Objective To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 18 volatile alogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water by headspace-capillary gas chromatography.Methods The automatic headspace sampling technique was used to optimize the headspace conditions(headspace bottle heating temperature and equilibration time)and gas chromatographic conditions.The sample needs to be taken for the process of static headspace at 70℃for 15 mins,then separated by TR-5(30 m×0.32 mm,0.25μm)capillary column.ECD detector was used to analyze,the retention time was used for qualitative analysis and the external standard method was used for the quantitative analysis.1,1-dichoroethene,dichloromethane,trans-1,2-dichloroethene,cis-1,2-dichloroethene,chloroform,1,1,1-trichloroethane,1,2-dichloroethan,carbontetrachlorid,trichloroethylene,bromodichloromethane,dibromochloromethane,tetrachloroethene,1,4-dichlorobenzene,1,2-dichlorobenzene,1,2,4-trichlorobenzene,hexachlorobutadiene,1,2,3-trichlorobenzene,hexachlorobenzene in drinking water were determined.Results The standard curve correlation coefficients(r)of 18 kinds of volatile halogenated hydrocarbons was≥0.996,the average recovery rates was within 85.3%-102.2%,the relative standard deviation was within 1.40%-8.01%,and the detection limit was within 0.003μg/L-5.2μg/L.Conclusion The established method is fast,accurate and simple,which is suitable for the simultaneous determination of 18 volatile halogenated hydrocarbons in drinking water.
