摘要
针对高职院校国际化师资建设意识淡薄、国际化师资数量偏低、国际化师资培训体系尚未建立以及国际化教学能力与社会服务能力有待提升等问题,提出了国际化师资建设的顶层设计思路,并从提升教师国际化教学与社会服务能力,加大高层次国际化师资的引进力度,促进本土人才与外来人才的相互融合,创新国际化师资建设的评价与激励机制等方面给出了建议与发展途径,以期提升湖南省高职院校国际化师资建设水平。
In view of the problems such as the weak awareness of the construction of international teachers,the low number of international teachers,the non establishment of the international teachers training system and the need to improve the international teaching ability and social service ability,this paper puts forward the top-level design idea of the construction of international teachers,and increases the introduction ability of high-level international teachers from improving the international teaching and social service ability of teachers To promote the integration of local talents and foreign talents,to innovate the evaluation and incentive mechanism of international teachers construction,and to give suggestions and development ways,in order to improve the level of international teachers construction in higher vocational colleges in Hunan province.
