摘要
针对我军现役搜救分队不具备专业指挥信息系统,难以满足相关作战能力要求的问题,从战场联合搜救内涵出发,提出了搜救分队基本定义。通过梳理美军搜救分队现状,分析其在力量编成、指挥关系、业务活动、搜救装备和搜救信息系统等方面的借鉴意义;提出搜救分队指挥信息系统的形态与部署方式,及其与上级搜救指挥机构、协同搜救力量和遇险对象等系统的信息交互需求;从搜寻定位、态势感知、任务规划、组织协调和综合作业等方面提出系统能力需求。最后,以直升机遇险飞行员搜救任务为例分析了系统运用模式。
Aimed at the problem that the active search and rescue unit of our army do not have the professional command information system,and it is difficult to meet the requirements of relevant combat capabilities,the basic definition of search and rescue unit is put forward based on the connotation of battlefield joint search and rescue.By reviewing the status quo of the US search and rescue unit,the referential significances in the terms of forces organization,command relationships,operation activities,search and rescue equipment,and search and rescue information system are analyzed.The configuration and deployment of the search and rescue unit command information system,as well as the information interaction requirements with the superior search and rescue command organization,the cooperative search and rescue unit and the distress objects are proposed.The system capability demands are brought up in areas of search positioning,situational awareness,mission planning,organizational coordination,and integrated operations.Finally,the system application mode of the system is analyzed by taking the rescue mission of helicopter pilots in distress as an example.
