摘要
目的探究对妊娠期甲减产妇给予甲状腺素治疗的效果及对产妇妊娠结局的具体影响。方法选取本院妇科门诊2016年6月至2019年6月接收的140例产妇为研究对象,均为合并甲状腺功能减退(甲减)的患者,通过掷骰子的方式随机分成对照组与实验组,各70例。实验组给予甲状腺素(左甲状腺素钠片)治疗,对照组给予常规治疗。观察比较两组产妇的甲减治疗效果及妊娠结局。结果实验组孕中期、孕晚期的TSH水平均明显低于对照组,其FT4、FT3水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组产妇的胎盘早剥率、早产率及产后出血率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组的新生儿窒息率、新生儿畸形率及低体质量儿发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺素治疗妊娠期甲减产妇,既能改善甲减症状,又能帮助产妇获得良好的妊娠结局,效果确切,可作为治疗妊娠期甲减产妇的重要治疗药物。
Objective To investigate the effect of thyroxine treatment in women with hypothyroidism during pregnancy and its specific effect on pregnancy outcome.Methods 140 women accepted by gynecological outpatient in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2019 were all patients with hypothyroidism(hypothyroidism),they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group by rolling dice,with 70 cases in each group.The experimental group were treated with thyroxine(left thyroxine sodium tablet),the control group were given conventional treatment.The treatment effect and pregnancy of the two groups of women were compared.Results The level of TSH in the middle trimester was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the level of FT4 and FT3 was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The placenta early exfoliation rate,preterm rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The neonatal asphyxia rate,neonatal malformation rate and low weight infants were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Thyroxine in the treatment of hypothyroidism during pregnancy can not only improve the symptoms of hypothyroidism,but also help the parturient to obtain a good pregnancy outcome,the effect is accurate,and can be used as an important therapeutic drug for the treatment of hypothyroidism during pregnancy.
