摘要
目的研究在对糖尿病合并难治性高血压患者的临床治疗中应用贝那普利进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月至2019年3月于本院就诊的糖尿病合并难治性高血压患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组使用短效或长效胰岛素控制血糖,钙通道阻滞剂控制血压;观察组患者在对照组的基础上使用贝那普利进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后平均收缩压和舒张压显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组糖化血红蛋白水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利治疗糖尿病合并难治性高血压,能够有效控制患者的血压和糖化血红蛋白水平,保护患者的肾脏形成,改善患者预后,治疗效果显著,有利于提高患者的护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of benazepril in the clinical treatment of patients with diabetes combined with refractory hypertension.Methods A total of 80 patients with diabetes combined with refractory hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March2019 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group used short-acting or long-acting insulin to control blood glucose and calcium channel blockers to control blood pressure.Patients in the observation group were treated with benazepril on the basis of the control group,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The mean systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of HbA1c in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of benazepril for diabetes combined with refractory hypertension can effectively control the blood pressure and HbA1c level of patients,so as to protect the formation of the kidney of patients,improve the prognosis of patients,bring significant therapeutic effect and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
