结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌的超声及CT诊断分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的通过超声,CT等探讨介入性结节性甲状腺肿合并甲状腺癌的诊断过程,并对两种诊断方法进行评价。方法选取2017年6月至2019年2月本院收治的150例患有疑似结节性甲状腺肿和甲状腺癌的患者,随机分为CT组、超声组和联合组,每组50例,比较3组诊断准确率。结果超声组准确率为66.0%(33/50),CT组准确率为72.0%(36/50),联合组准确率为88.0%(43/50),联合组准确率优于CT组(Х^2=4.000,P=0.039)和超声组(Х^2=6.832,P=0.008);CT组与超声组比较差异无统计学意义。结论超声结合CT可提高结节性甲状腺肿和甲状腺癌的诊断准确性、敏感性和特异性,为结节性甲状腺肿患者怀疑有甲状腺癌时提供诊断依据以及指导,推荐超声与CT联合使用。 Objective To investigate the diagnosis process of interventional nodular goiter with thyroid cancer through ultrasound and CT,and to evaluate the two diagnostic methods.Methods From June 2017 to February 2019,150 patients with suspected nodular goiter and thyroid cancer were selected for admission.The patients were randomly divided into CT group,ultrasound group and combined group for disease diagnosis,with 50 cases in each group,compared the diagnostic accuracy of the three groups.Results Accuracy was 66.0%(33/50) in the ultrasound group,72.0%(36/50) in the CT group,and 88.0%(43/50) in the combined group.Compared with the combined group,the diagnostic accuracy of the CT group(Х^2=4.000,P=0.039) and the ultrasound group(Х^2=6.832,P=0.008) was significantly lower.CT group was superior to ultrasound group,but the results were not statistically significant.Conclusion Ultrasound combined with CT can improve the diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of nodular goiter and thyroid cancer,provide diagnostic basis and guidance for patients with nodular goiter who are suspected to have thyroid cancer,and it is recommended to use ultrasound combined with CT.
