摘要
针对传统电力系统调频响应延时长、机组能耗大的问题,提出了一种需求响应参与电力系统调频的模糊控制策略。该策略从需求侧入手,将变频空调作为可控负荷;按照变频空调的出力能力,将参与电力系统调频的所有变频空调进行分类,并引入权重因子,实现对不同类型变频空调的聚合控制;根据系统的运行状态,通过模糊控制规则调节参与需求响应中各类变频空调的出力,辅助发电机组改善系统的动态调频性能。仿真实验结果表明,采用该策略可显著提高频率调节速度和降低超调,并在一定程度上降低调频能耗,有助于改善电网的调频性能。
Aiming at the problem of traditional power system frequency modulation response time delay and large unit energy consumption, this paper proposes a fuzzy control strategy for demand response participating in power system frequency modulation. The strategy starts from the demand side and uses the inverter air conditioner as a controllable load. According to the output capacity of the inverter air conditioner, all the inverter air conditioners participating in the power system frequency modulation are classified, and the weighting factor is introduced to realize the aggregation control of different types of inverter air conditioners. According to the operating state of the system, the fuzzy control rules are used to adjust the output of various types of inverter air conditioners participating in the demand response, and the auxiliary generator set improves the dynamic frequency modulation performance of the system. The simulation results show that the proposed strategy can significantly improve the frequency adjustment speed and reduce the overshoot, and can reduce the FM energy consumption to a certain extent, which helps to improve the frequency modulation performance of the power grid.
