摘要
目的探讨空中孕妇课堂创新性教育模式在孕妇中的应用效果,提高孕妇自我保健意识,促进自然分娩。方法选择在温州市中心医院实施孕期检查及分娩的100名初产孕妇作为研究对象。孕妇参加由借助微课和网络平台构建的空中孕妇课堂创新性教育模式的孕妇课堂,对初产妇母婴分娩保健知识进行调查,调查孕妇课堂的开展情况,评估初产妇及准爸爸操作技能的掌握情况。结果接受空中孕妇课堂教育后,初产妇母婴分娩保健知识各项评分均高于干预前,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。接受空中孕妇课堂教育后,初孕妇及丈夫对分娩和产后各项操作技能的掌握程度均高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论空中孕妇课堂创新性教育模式能够有效提高初产孕产妇对分娩知识的掌握和分娩技巧的运用,为孕妇学校的发展提供了新的思路和途径。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of creative education approach applied in online pregnant women’s classroom on education for pregnant women so as to promote pregnant women’s self-care awareness and hence natural childbirth.Methods Firstly,100 primiparae admitted to Wenzhou Central Hospital for pregnancy examination and delivery were chosen as the subjects of study.Secondly,the subjects were enrolled in online pregnant women’s classes developed with micro lectures and network platform and creative education approach.Lastly,the knowledge of maternal and infant health care of the primiparae,the practice of the online classes,and the command of operation skills in the primiparae and the would-be fathers were investigated and assessed.Results The scores that the primiparae achieved on maternal and infant health knowledge after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The primiparae and their husbands’mastery of operation skills for delivery care and postpartum care after intervention were higher than those before intervention.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Innovative education approach for online classes for pregnant women can effectively promote the knowledge of the pregnant women about perinatal care and thus has made new approaches and new insights available for the development of classes for pregnant women.
