摘要
中水是城市的重要资源,加强中水利用和开展污水资源化是解决城市水资源短缺和利用的重要途径。本文根据西安市中水利用现状,分析该市中水利用存在的问题和原因,并提出对策和建议。分析结果表明:西安市应加大中水利用的宣传和投入力度,加快基础设施建设,完善相关法规政策,进一步提高中水利用率。
Reclaimed water is an important water resource in cities.Strengthening the utilization of reclaimed water and developing the utilization of sewage resources is an important way to solve the shortage of urban water resources.According to the present situation of reclaimed water utilization in Xi’an,this paper analyzes the existing problems and causes of reclaimed water utilization in the city,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.The analysis results show that Xi’an should increase publicity and investment in the utilization of reclaimed water,speed up infrastructure construction,perfect relevant laws and policies,and further improve the utilization rate of reclaimed water.
