摘要 建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定玩具材料中硼酸和硼酸盐含量的方法。样品前处理以10%(v/v)乙醇作为萃取剂,在(37±2)℃水浴中连续振荡4 h,振荡频率为120 r/min。仪器工作条件:在KED模式下,以11B作为分析同位素,铍为内标元素,驻留时间为0.05 s。硼元素的线性范围为2~1 000μg/L,线性相关系数(r2)为0.999 52,背景等效浓度(BEC)为4.19μg/L,硼酸的方法检出限为1.83 mg/kg,硼酸盐的方法检出限为2.83 mg/kg,加标回收率为96.0%~102.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.5%~4.3%。该方法简便、快速,具有较高的准确度和良好的精密度,适用于玩具材料中硼酸和硼酸盐的检测要求。添加硼酸和硼酸盐的风险主要存在于软性玩具材料中。 A method was established for determination of boric acid and salts of boric acid in toys by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The sample pretreatment conditions were optimized,and 10%(v/v) ethanol was selected as the extraction reagent.The extraction conditions were(37±2)℃ for 4 h in a water bath with an oscillation frequency of 120 r/min.At the same time,the working conditions of the instrument were optimized.In KED mode,11B was selected as the analytical isotope,and Be was used as the internal standard element with a dwell time of 0.05 s.The linear range was 2~1 000 μg/L.The linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 52,the background equivalent concentration was 4.19 μg/L,the detection limit of boric acid was 1.83 mg/kg,the detection limit of salts of boric acid was 2.83 mg/kg,the recovery rate of the added standard was 96.0% to 102.4%,and RSD(n=6) was 1.5% to 4.3%.This method is simple,rapid with high accuracy and good precision,and suitable for the detection of boric acid and salts of boric acid in toy materials.At the same time,the risk assessment of toy parts which may be added with boric acid and salts of boric acid is carried out,and the reason of adding is analyzed from the technology,so that the risk assessment of boric acid and salts of boric acid in toys is realized.
